Description

Hi, I'm Anne. I studied biology and ecology in university and then I studied forestry at practical school, although unofficially I always seem to end up working in carpentry and maintenance: this is something I'm getting quite good at and also enjoy a lot.

I've been travelling on and off for 4 years now and am still eager to see more this summer before I will settle down in Portugal close to my jiu-jitsu club for the winter.

My hobbies are Brazilian jiu-jitsu, birds, surfing, snowboarding, nature, creating new things and anything to do with water and the ocean. I'm looking for a place where I can be in nature, be active and adventurous, do a lot of sports, work hard, and enjoy the environment around me. I'm looking to meet new people and have new experiences.

I am good with animals. I'm good at fixing things. I'm a very active person and am willing to work hard. I'm fine working independently, can take responsibility, and like coming up with solutions to problems. I'm quiet and can be a little shy in the beginning - but you'll find me quite outgoing once you get to know me.

- converting my Mercedes vito van into my home
- building decks and fencing
I also have experience working with animals, children and in the garden. During my biology study I have acquired experience with a lot of fieldwork and nature conservation.
