I have been studying Italian for about 5 years in an educational environment. I have a strong foundation but since I am not able to speak Italian regularly I have hit a roadblock on my path to becoming fluent. I think that living and immersing myself in the culture will really help me learn and hopefully become fluent.

I am a very hardworking and passionate person who loves to learn. Through my work experience as a camp counselor, referee, and martial-arts instructor, I have developed and strengthened several skills like leadership, communication, problem-solving, and patience. I have a lot of experience working with and leading large groups of people. I am also CPR, first-aid, and wilderness first-aid certified.

Peter stayed 4 weeks in our Hostel and organized little events and activities for our guests. He is really easy going and helpful and got along great with the staff and all of the guests and took the initiative when needed. We hope to see him again one day!

This was an amazing experience! Ron was incredibly welcoming and made me feel safe and comfortable the whole time. The place is gorgeous and I would recommend anyone who is traveling through Costa Rica to make a stop here! Thank you for the experience I hope I can come back some day.
