Hello, I’m Pauline from Germany , and I love travelling. I’m sure that makes me really unique on a travel platform ;) Nevertheless, I’d like to briefly share my travel experiences, which helped me discover my passion for travelling. As part of a student exchange, I lived with a girl in Paris for six months. During my time there, I not only got to know a new culture, but I also made a new friend. After my stay in France, she stayed with me for six months as well, and we’re still in touch to this day. What I enjoy most about travelling is how it reflects the everyday realities of our own lives, making them feel less self-evident!
Even though I’m a relatively quiet person, I’m excited to meet new people and learn from them during my upcoming trip to Australia. I’m focused, independent, and goal-oriented, and I’m confident that these qualities will help me be a good fit for the tasks you need help with. When I start something, I always do my best to make it perfect. Of course, it doesn’t always work out that way, but my determination and effort are always there!
In my free time, I’ve been doing gymnastics for many, many years. I also love creative hobbies like painting, drawing, and sewing!

1. Babysitting: I regularly took care of two boys, aged four and eight.
2. Animal care: I have valuable experience in animal care from volunteering at an animal shelter in Costa Rica for a month during the German summer holidays. My responsibilities included preparing food, feeding the animals, and cleaning their enclosures. In addition, I regularly pet-sit for my neighbors, who have a dog and several cats. I also have a cat that I would quite literally die for;)
3. Service in Hospitality: I worked in hospitality alongside school as a part-time job, where my responsibilities included taking orders at the register, washing dishes, and clearing tables.
