As a student in nutrition I have been studying and working in institutional kitchens for the past 1-2 years, some times full time, some times part time. I could be very helpful in any kitchen!
I another life I was an engineer so I am also good at data analysis if you are looking to optimise some things.
I like to think I am a very professionnal person, responsible and that has a good sense of initiative.
