Description
Hello! We are Pacho and Juli, a married couple, partners, and friends who love to travel. This is our third trip with a one-way ticket but no return ticket.
The first was in 2013 in Argentina, where we stayed for about a year. The second was in 2018 when we went to Malta to learn some English and, of course, explore Europe; we were there for 8 months. And now, Asia—our most recent journey—which began in January 2024, and for the first time, we've ventured into this type of volunteer work through a platform. We had done it twice before in our home country, Colombia, but directly, without a platform.
The types of trips we seek are those that allow us to experience the local culture, customs, and cuisine more closely; for us, the perfect trip is one where we make friends in the city we visit and can share and learn with them.
¡Hola! Somos Pacho y Juli una pareja de esposos, socios y amigos que aman viajar. Este es nuestro tercer viaje con tiquete de salida, pero sin tiquete de regreso.
El primero fue en 2013 en Argentina, estuvimos por al rededor de 1 año. El segundo fue en 2018 donde el destino fue Malta para aprender un poco de inglés y por supuesto conocer Europa, allí estuvimos 8 meses, y ahora Asia, nuestro viaje más reciente, que inició en enero del 2024 y en el que por primera vez nos Aventuramos a este tipo de voluntariados en plataforma, porque en nuestro país, Colombia, ya lo habíamos hecho 2 veces, de forma directa.
Los tipos de viajes que buscamos, son aquellos que nos permiten vivir una experiencia más cercana a la cultura, costumbres y comida de los locales; para nosotros el viaje perfecto es cuando logramos hacer amigos en la ciudad que visitamos y podemos compartir y aprender con ellos.
