Indonesia - from Apr 2024 until Jun 2024 View allDescription
Hi!
I'm Ozan Can, Ozan or Oz, thrilled to introduce myself as a geology graduate with a passion for exploring the intersection of nature and human sciences. My educational and professional journey has taken me through the intricate landscapes of Italy, the vibrant markets of Morocco, the historical treasures of Turkey, the picturesque vistas of Bulgaria, and many other enchanting Balkan countries. Currently, I find myself amidst the rich culture and natural beauty of Asia, now located in Indonesia.
Professionally, I've spent over four years as a project coordinator, collaborating on United Nations initiatives focused on small-scale farming, food security supply chains, and community development. Through these experiences, I've honed my skills in stakeholder engagement, NGO collaboration, and decision-making processes. My work has allowed me to witness the transformative power of community-building firsthand.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I find solace and joy in music. Whether strumming the guitar or improvising on the saxophone, music is my creative outlet and a source of inspiration. I'd introduce myself as a street musician, a designer or a youtuber, so this is how I earn my life while I'm travelling. As a person, I pride myself on being easygoing, creative, and disciplined. My love for animals, soil, movement, and spirituality permeates every aspect of my life.
Until May 21st, I'll be immersing myself in the diverse cultures, rituals, and cuisines of Asia.I bring a versatile skill set to the table, encompassing content creation, culinary arts, farming, sales, carpentery and community engagement. Whether it's whipping up a delicious meal, crafting compelling content, or fostering connections within a community, I thrive in diverse environments.I'm eager to embark on new adventures, learn from different cultures, and contribute my skills wherever they may be needed.
If you're seeking someone with a passion for exploration, a knack for communication, and a commitment to making a difference, I'd love to connect with you.Let's create meaningful experiences together!Languages
