Description
I am an enthusiastic and hardworking individual seeking seasonal employment summer. As an intermediate surfer who loves the outdoors and meeting new people traveling Europe whilst working is a great opportunity for me.
EXPERIENCE -
I Worked as a kitchen porter where my main roll was working closely with chefs to prepare and serve food. I was also responsible for organising and storing ingredients safely, taking delivery of stock and maintaining food temperature records. I also assisted the bar staff and waiters taking orders from customers and serving food and drinks.
I completed an apprenticeship in joinery where I worked in a workshop manufacturing bespoke wooden doors, windows and staircases. I also worked on site installing joinery, cladding buildings and constructing timber walls and floors.
SKILLS AND HOBBIES -
I have enjoyed playing rugby for the past 12 years for my local team and surfing most weekends in Cornwall and south Devon. Whilst at school I achieved my bronze and silver Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and have taken part in scouting for 8 years, gaining my gold scouting award. Alongside this I have obtained my level one and two Junior Chef Qualification and completed the RYA powerboat level 2 certificate with the Mount Batten Center in Plymouth.Interests
