Hola ! After finishing my studies in Geography and Environment in Quebec, I desire to discover South America, beginning with Colombia !
I love the outdoors, adventures, camping, hiking, animals, sailing, writing, playing music, reading, doing film photography and creativity / arts in general ! I love ancient history, especially about traditional sailing boats and sailor's lives. I love meeting new people and learning about their stories. I recently did some volunteering in my own country (Canada) and discovered a passion for manual work, especially gardening and building wood furniture. I really like helping people and sharing great moments with good food, laughs, good conversations and music :) I'm interested in learning anything and discovering the Colombian culture.Interests

More details about your skills
I have experience in gardening, maintenance, eco-construction and building (even though I'm very beginner in this field). I have experience with outdoors and field work (starting a fire, building a fire pit, transporting wood and other materials, scientific sampling, wildlife developments). I'm very efficient with maintenance, cleaning and cooking chores. I am fit and have great physical endurance. I love taking care of animals (feeding ducks and chickens, picking the eggs - I also have a cat myself, so I understand the importance of animals in our lives ;) ). I am patient, hard-working, respectful and easy going.

What else ...
I am a trumpet player (I love playing blues and jazz, mainly) and I love to learn songs in Spanish (Paco Ibanez, Lhasa de Sela, Jorge Cafrune, and others...). I love guitar, piano and ukulele even though I'm a beginner with these instruments. I love to jam and can accompany you with basic guitar/piano chords ;) I enjoy being around a fire with good people, admiring nature's beauty, discovering new foods, new places and hiking spots, and playing any team sports !!! I also love to cook in group, learn craftsmanship skills, learn new dances and to share stories. I love the sea, collecting shells and identifying the species I see during my walks. I love to learn, create and share !!!
