Hi,

I am half-Belgian, half-British and new to workaway. I'm freshly graduated from university where I studied bioscience engineering with a specialisation in environmental sciences and technology. I'm 24 and based in Brussels, and love spending time in nature, with pets and farm animals. I've had a 3 weeks WWOOFing ( world wide opportunities on organic farms) that taught me a lot about farming, volunteering and socialising/interacting with new cultures. I'm open-minded and eager to learn new cultures/languages and especially meet new people.

Thanks to my bioscience engineering degree, I’ve got a solid grasp of how the environment works, from its interactions with human populations to the way ecosystems function on their own. On top of that, my experience bartending has really sharpened my social skills and taught me a lot about hospitality.

I also spent three weeks as a WWOOFER (World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms), which was an awesome intro to volunteering, working on a farm, and diving into different cultures—especially learning new languages!

Lastly, even though I don’t have pets because I’m always on the move, I've often taken care of my sister's cat and brother's dog. I love animals and enjoy taking care of pets or farm animals.

I love taking care of children, showing them new things, or teaching them anything. Additionally, I have tutoring experience in mathematics, physics and chemistry at end of high school and university level (15 to 19 years old students).
