Hi my name is Aleksander, im 27 year old chef/traveler from Poland. My passion is cooking and everything connected to food. Most of the time im working seasonaly in the kitchen, but i love to meet people, widen my perspective of life and share my expeariences, im also an introvert, so sometimes i need some time on my own in nature trying to balance between my inside/spirituality and physical world.
I was raised in a small willage so i have basic gardening skills, but we never had animals tho. My father had small flat renovation company so i have basic construction skills, dont expect much but i know how to handle powertools and i've build few fences and tables on my own.
Beside cooking and travel im interested in music, tatoo art (im not a tatoo artist), camping and meditation. I speak English, Polish and basic spanish that i would love to improve.

What else ...
I left my hometown when i wan 16, and i have lived in students house for 4 years durning my school, so i sharing the flat will not be a problem for me, after that i lived with my two friends for 3 years living my life and working. Than i moved to capital of Poland for 10 months but i quickly recognized that big cities are not for me, so i packed my bags and went traveling and working and it goes on till this day.
