I have just finished my undergraduate studies in Cape Town and am keen to spend some time travelling before I get tied into a career. I firmly believe that keeping my mind open will expose me to opportunities that I never would have imagined otherwise. The Workaway mentality therefore is ideal for me as immersing myself in work and engaging with the people of a region is the best way to expand my view of the world and remain open to opportunity.

I am excited to experience as much of the world as possible. I believe that immersing one's self in a place and culture is the ideal way to explore the world and learn about people and myself.

I love engaging with people and the environment and the prospect of finding placements in which I can experience both of these aspects of travel is exciting.

I am a confident person who is seeking to engage with the people of a region. I thoroughly enjoy working outdoors and believe that my ability to work hard and throw myself into a task will make me a good fit for many hosts. I am excited to open myself to numerous forms of work.

I have experience working in social clubs for my university, which included social media work. Additionally, I have basic understanding of web and software development. I believe these skills can be beneficial in numerous applications and I'm excited to use them!

What else ...

I love spending time underwater. My family and I scuba dive together and I have my Padi Advanced licence. Throughout my time at university I learned to freedive and have taken up a hobby of spearfishing.

I love music and have taught myself guitar, ukulele, marimba, and took lessons in clarinet at school. The social aspect of performing and sharing music is a joy I would love to share and experience more.
