I’m preliminary a chef most my life in the catering industry as owner / manager,from large banqueting, music venue, and Michelin rated restaurant.
I am also a qualified electrician (17th edition UK) I’m quite capable of plumbing and building construction painting and decorating, et cetera.
My last project was a Victorian B&B, I started with a bear shell and extended the building and totally refurbished it very high standards then trade that a B&B.
