Hello,
My name is Niamh.

I am an adventurous and positive person who has always been keen to try new things and learn new skills. I love to cook, especially for friends and family. I also love getting outdoors for a hike or some gardening and exploring new places.

I am vegetarian and believe in doing what we can to help take care of our planet and the environment.

I have been travelling around South America since March of this year and have loved so much about getting to visit new and beautiful places, however, I have found that some of my favourite parts so far have been unexpected.

I have been interested in spending time in Italy ever since I studied Italian in high school, particularly exploring outside the big cities to see every day life and not only the tourist attractions. I also have an Italian working holiday visa enabling me to stay an extended period there and having working rights.

I am from Melbourne, Australia and just recently finished my undergraduate degree in biological sciences. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at university, however I am also looking forward to learning opportunities outside of an academic environment, and to broaden the scope of my knowledge and interests.

I have a bachelors degree in applied science biotechnology, and have experience as a cafe manager.

I also have experience in food and beverage preparation and handling. As well as working at functions and childcare of all ages. Have also worked as a lifeguard and swimming teacher.

Enjoy active and physical work and being outside. I love hiking, walking, running, gardening and swimming.

I’m very keen to learn new skills, i can adapt to new workplaces quickly, I’m a great listener and hard worker.
