Hello, we are a 35 years old couple, both healthcare professionals. We currently took the opportunity to travel around the world for a year or more in an effort to gain new experiences, foster personal development, and bring a fresh perspective to our lives. This period of travel allowed us to build strong connections with other people and cultures, which has cultivated new growth and a better understanding of our future goals.
We are calm, friendly, hard working and orderly. Our hobbies are varied but we are mainly dedicated to mountaineering in the Andes mountain, range and cultivating our garden on our farm located in the south of Chile.

As health care professionals we have many technical skills related to our professions (medicine & medical technology) that's why also have the ability to work as a team, creativity, leadership and initiative. We are very flexible to be able to carry out any type of work and we learn very quickly.

Also we are both amateur climbers (at the Andes Mountains), we have a small farm in south of Chile where we learned about construction, DIY projects, electricity, manual work and we also made a small organic garden.

Specifically:

Nayaret is a medical technologist who has been working in a laboratory for 11 years so far. She is an expert in microbiology, use of laboratory machinery and medical equipment, she has skills for crafts, very orderly and neat. She has skills in organic garden cultivation, pest management, plant recovery, efficient water management in organic garden crops. She is also very skilled in the use of hand tools, wall painting projects, or construction detail work.

Sergio is a medic and volunteer firefighter for 15 year so far. he has skills in family medicine, elderly care medicine, emergency management. As a firefighter skills as vehicular rescue, technical rope rescue, structural fire extinction, forest fire extinction, emergency medicine, construction, use of electric and combustion tools, electricity, hand work.

Because our hobbies we also have skills in farm life and mountain life specifically climbing, hiking, trekking, handling mountain equipment, use of ropes, rock climbing equipment, use of personal protective equipment. also the assembly and disarming of camps (tents).

We can teach anyone who wants to learn any of our skills and we would be very happy to learn new things and help you in your projects.

We have to say that we are not a native English speaker but we have an intermediate level of spoken english.

We are travelers who want to go slowly to get to know the culture of each country and that is why we want to join the workaway community. We also want to learn about differents hosts so when we return to our country we want to become host.
