Dear host,

In August 2021 we left home with our van to explore Europe and different ways of living, closer to nature and sharing with others, out of curiosity and our love for travelling but mainly because we would like to change our lifestyle and environment. Workaway turned out to be an excellent tool to help us connect with others and find direction on our trip.

We tour in our van and visit families, eco/spiritual retreats and communities in Europe.

We offer our help and skills, positivity and enthusiasm in exchange for being a part of your life. What we are looking for and really enjoy is a place where we can mingle in, where we feel that we are invited to take and be a part of the life that is lived there. We love working and living at the same time.

Some background information about ourselves:

Moniek has studied Art and has a teacher degree, but finds herself more in gardening, plant nursery and making sure people around her feel good. She loves cooking, dancing, drawing, reading and most of all coziness! She also started to practice the ukulele...

Roderick has studied music-therapy, but finds himself more in natural building, carpentry and plastering. For 8 years he worked as a professional clay plasterer and has been involved in al sorts of natural building projects like rocket stoves, earth ovens and strawbale houses. He loves hiking, baking, cooking, contemplating life and singing!
