In Mexico. I'm mostly here to enjoy nature. Birding, walking, hiking, native plants, nature photography, Spanish immersion.

Description

I love living simply and more in tune with nature. I’ve mostly solo traveled and have slowly explored about 18 countries thus far. Cross-cultural connections are everything to me, and a smile is a universal language that I take wherever I go!

Some of my nature loves are gardening, building and protecting wildlife habitats, plant medicine, wildcrafting, birdwatching, hiking, plant identification, permaculture, conservation, mycology, and composting. I love being in the kitchen and I especially love to cook what I have grown.

For many years I've worked as a writer and as a sales/e-commerce business owner. I've taught English in a public school in South Korea. I've tutored adults in business English in the U.S. Experienced in hospitality, organization, and management, with a preference for being active and creative. Always happy to dive into new adventures.

I work well independently as well as part of teams. I'm rather flexible in my current travel plans. I truly enjoy being outdoors and sharing my love of nature. I'm often complimented on my enthusiasm and ability to motivate others. I've had more roles in life than I can mention, and a wide variety of travel experiences, so I'm comfortable around all types of people and in a variety of environments.
