Hello!
I'm Misora from Japan. I'm 20 years old.
I'm university student in Tokyo and majaring in french and psychology.
My hobbies are drawing, playing the guitar, reading, embroidery, and I also play soccer!
I came to Senegal for the Ashinaga Foundation's overseas training program. It has been four months since I came to Senegal. I plan to stay for a year.
Ever since I was little, I dreamed of going to my beloved Africa, where wild animals live freely and where music and art shine. However, as I grew older, I became interested in issues of hunger and war Africa. and I get excited when I speak a foreign language, I began to think that in the future I would like to have a job that involves international cooperation. I lost my mother when I was in elementary school, but thanks to the support of so many people, I was able to grow to this point, making up for the loss of my mother. I want to become someone who can believe in people and continue to send out the light of hope, just like the people who have supported me up until now, and so I applied for this overseas training program in the interest of my own growth. I want to prove to myself that hearts can connect deeply, even if countries and languages ​​are different!
Currently I teach Japanese at Japanese language clubs in Senegal, volunteer to pick up trash, teach math and Japanese language in Japanese to Japanese children in Senegal, and volunteer as a talibe.
　I hope that through workaway I can gain a lot of experience, interact with many people, grow, and use this experience to improve my future.

I am currently learning French and would like to become more fluent in it. I have all the French grammar memorized and can speak everyday language, but communicating is still difficult.I can also only teach my native language, Japanese, but I would like to try teaching languages.

I am currently a second-year university student and have taken a leave of absence to come to Senegal. I have been studying French and French Literature for two years and have obtained the Japanese French Language Proficiency Test Level 3. I am at the A2 level of DELF. I have also taken classes in Chinese, psychology, philosophy, and international cooperation, and have read a lot to deepen my understanding. I have also been volunteering to support children who have lost their parents for two years. In order to prevent the grief that is in their subconscious from accumulating until they become adults, I have been doing various workshops, playing with the children, and sometimes expressing my feelings in pictures, in order to create a comfortable place for them. In addition, I have been exposed to various cultures such as Japanese martial arts, Eisa, and Japanese dance, and I can perform them, and I also played soccer for three years. I also like embroidery and sewing, and I am currently sewing traditional Ukrainian embroidery to help with the reconstruction of Ukraine. I also love drawing illustrations, and although it is a small scale, I have also started a brand.
