Social workers / Kitesurfers traveling to Colombia. We both have experience in simple gastronomy. We like to work in the garden and learn new things about nature. As Italians, we cook fantastically ;)

Description

Hi, we are Sofie and Mike, and we live in the beautiful and unique region of South Tyrol, nestled between Italy and Austria. The landscape, with its mountains and the breathtaking Dolomites, greatly influences our interests and passions. We love spending time outdoors and enjoying nature. In winter, we particularly enjoy ski touring with friends, and in summer, we love camping in our self-built minivan in the south to go kitesurfing. We are creative, sensitive, and very active people who enthusiastically try out new things.

We are both passionate social workers, and working with young people has fulfilled us for many years. In our youth organization, we plan adventurous projects and workshops, speak in schools about important topics, connect people and organizations, and do public relations work for young people. Now, we are looking forward to taking some time off and embarking on a new adventure.

We don't just want to be entertained when we travel; we want to immerse ourselves in a culture and get to know people better. We are excited to put our energy into meaningful projects and grow through new experiences.

We are both very reliable individuals who enjoy taking on new challenges. In our work with young people, we have developed excellent organizational skills to plan, promote, and run projects, courses, and events. Through social work, we have also learned to be sensitive to people's needs and to treat them with respect.

We enjoy working in the garden and would love to work with plants and learn new things about nature. Being from Italy, we love to cook and are convinced that we have the best food in the world. We also both have experience in simple gastronomy and can run a bar. Additionally, we are skilled in manual labor and enjoy physical work.

Sofie loves being creative and enjoys passing on her skills. She is very enthusiastic and can motivate and connect people. Mike is good at writing texts and promoting projects. We are both very sporty and like to encourage people to be active. Our favorite activities include kitesurfing, snowboarding, yoga, slacklining, and anything that is fun.

We are excited to contribute our skills and gain new experiences.
