My German isn't perfect, but each year I'm getting closer - am somewhere between intermediate and fluent.. Can teach what I know, while working on reducing my accent (!).. Can translate well from German to English, but not so much the other way around... Would love to some day improve my Polish and enjoyed learning some Portuguese the past couple of years.

Enjoying variety, I've done a mix of unrelated jobs over the years, gaining experience in different areas. Have worked in golf course maintenance, as a House/Estate manager, translation work and in a mountain lodge in Switzerland. Have been part of numerous renovation projects, alone or with a team, painting, remodeling kitchens, installing windows and more.

Love bicycling, swimming and walking when weather permits (and sometimes when it doesn't permit) and at home I will normally be reading as opposed to sitting in front of a television. Spend roughly half my time in Vienna, where my daughter lives.
