Description
Hey I'm Michael Adelung a 31 years old roofcarpenter from Germany. Now I'm traveling around trying to find inspiring and teaching projects in permaculture and construction, rockclimbing, art, music, social work and education. After my last trip in summer 2022/2023 in southamerica I spended the last year in germany, working on festivals as a carpenter. From 18th of february on I will go to Japan for a working holiday. I'm looking foward to merge into japanese culture and learn as much japanese as possible.
Work and travel is the best way to really experience culture I think. Also I want to give something back for what I receive in my travels. I did a lot of voluntary work in the past travels. Worked in a horse farm (Argentina), a nationalpark and a wwoofing farm in Chile, teaching english to indigenous kids in Bolivia, Rockclimbing-instructor in Colombia, Hotel in Morocco, festivals in Portugal, Morocco, Spain and Germany, a permaculture farm with renovation jobs in Italy, Renovation in Austria, housekeeping, bartending in a surferhostal and many many other hostaljobs.
My passion besides arts and construction is rockclimbing and the nature. Who ever likes to join me for that is very welcomed. I like to spend time outside and I'm not made to sit in an office the hole day. I love to play bluesharp or percussions on musicsessions. But also just listening audiobooks while drawing is fine. I love doing sports and cooking with other people.
Maybe I'm not the most typical german but at least I'm puntual. I'm responsable, creative and open minded. I can work hard, organised and clean after me. I can also do the dirty work. As carpenter I had to do that always becuse it's no fun job sometimes. Speaking spanish changed my way of thinking and I would like to learn many more languages. Now its hopefully japanese.

Going to Tokyo 18th of february 2024 for working holiday. You can practise german, english, french and spanish with me, as I am fluently speaking those languages except french which is intermidate level. Right now I'm mostly interested in learning japanese.
