Hi, I'm Melvin and I am currently touring South America on a gap year before I begin studying music in College. I grew up on an organic farm, so I enjoy working outside and know how to grow plants. I am also into flower gardening, and know lots of the latin names of flowers. Some of my other hobbies are juggling, soccer, badminton, hiking, cooking (mostly desserts), playing (and listening to) music and reading. I am learning Spanish and Chinese and I understand German (my mother is german) and some Irish, my native language. I have spent a month in Chile, and can understand conversations in Spanish as well as take part a bit. I play the guitar as well as traditional Irish music on the accordion, and recently started learning to play the clarinet.I enjoy playing with kids, and have a six year old sister at home who I played with all the time.

I can teach English, though my Spanish is not very good. I can mostly understand Spanish conversations and can join in a bit. I am currently reading Eragon, a large fantasy book, in Spanish.

I grew up on an organic farm, so I am good at working with plants, and enjoy working outside with plants and animals. I also enjoy gardening with flowers and know a wide range of the latin names. I enjoy working with my hands, and can help with diy projects or farm work. I often cook, mostly desserts but savoury dishes aswell. I play the guitar and irish traditional music on the accordion, and recently took up clarinet. I bring my clarinet and accordion when travelling.
