  • Description

A friendly, easy going and adaptable twenty eight year old teacher. I studied at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia and hold a bachelors degree in Geography and History teaching. I have taught in both primary (ages 5-11) and high school (ages 12-18) settings over the past four years and can provide fantastic references.

I am an adventurous person who loves to travel and meet new people in order to learn about other cultures and understand perspectives that are different from my own.
I spent my childhood in a small town in rural Australia (3 hours west of Sydney) and was lucky to grow up surrounded by nature and in a close community.
I enjoy exploring the world and meeting new people an am lucky that my profession allows this. I have lived in Sweden for a year as an exchange student, taught in Thailand, and have travelled extensively throughout Europe including spending three months in Greece with WorkAway. Whilst studying I worked as a Nanny and enjoyed creating fun activities for the children. I am an avid swimmer and have taught swimming to children as part of my teaching positions. I am more than happy to assist your children and work to improve their swimming strokes.

I am moving to Europe around April 2022 to travel and teach. Through WorkAway I am very excited for the opportunity to meet new people, make new friends and share experiences in beautiful parts of the world.
