MATTIA
After finishing my studies, I did what I had felt for a long time: I left home in search of different ways of living, more slowly, consciously and more connected to the earth. I have combined my interest in natural agriculture and permaculture with my desire to see the world and learn about different cultures, traveling to meet and discover alternative communities and learn modern and traditional ways of living and cultivating the land, inspired by the ancient knowledge of the various native peoples of the world.
TERESA
In my life i always felt connected to nature: the days in my grandma’s garden are my best memories.
Since I was a little girl I went to a Waldorf school and there i learned a lot of manual skills.
I've always been very interested in foreign countries and everything that's different from my culture and now I’m looking for different and simpler way of living.
Next year I will start studying at the philosophy university of Venice, since I’m very passionate about how thoughts can influence human's life.Interests

MATTIA
I have studied different types of alternative agriculture such as Fukuoka’s natural farming, permaculture, syntropic agriculture and others. I've worked in two organic vineyards, a couple of different natural farms and in my own garden.
I prefer to use manual tools rather than electric or petrol ones.
I like to cook tasty and natural dishes, respecting the earth and all forms of life, therefore prefering a mostly vegan diet, with local eggs and honey and occasionally dairy. Nothing goes to waste.
I learned to work with clay following the teachings of great ceramists in my area.
When I was in high-school, I founded, together with some friends, a collective within the school itself to promote conscious information and to talk among us students about social and political issues which are not usually discussed in class.

My grandma taught me a lot about farming and since i was a little girl I went to a Waldorf school were i learned different things such as wood working and how to feed animals like chickens, cows and rabbits.
Since I was 16 years old I started sewing and knitting my own clothes.
I started cooking when I was very young and I've always had a vegetarian diet.
I like to create with different materials like clay, water painting, oil and pigments. In high school I also learned how to engrave in the metal.Age
