My name is Mathis, I'm 24 years old and from Denmark.
I am a self taught chef/cook by trade and have been working in the industry for 3 years.
I would describe my self as easy going, helpful and always curious about new experiences and adventures.
Whenever I travel I love walking around seeing every inch of the city or packing my tent and doing multi day treks nature.
Other than traveling, my hobbies include video games, reading, cooking and fermenting. I also scuba dive whenever I have the chance and have recently started birding

I can cook and bake.
I have experience in garden work. Weeding, trimming bushes and general maintenance of green areas.
I am good with my hands and have a basic knowledge of tools and building. My dad is a carpenter, so I have helped him around the house, when I was younger.
I have worked as an assistant to a landlord, where I would do various tasks, such as gardening, simple maintenance, cleaning and other various tasks.
I am not afraid of getting my hands dirty and I would love to learn new skills. I might need some assistance in the beginning, but I am a quick learner.
I graduated the Danish Equivalent of Highschool in 2020 majoring in Physics, Math, Chemistry, Danish and Technology. I love science and will be able to teach about it, I plan on continuing studying chemistry in 2023.

I am a simple guy, I don't need much. Usually when I travel, it's just me and my tent. I never shy away from work and will approach the daily tasks with optimism and get the best out of it.
