Description
Hi! I'm Mariona, i'm 24 years old and I've just finished my photography studies. So now I aim to know the world, I believe there are interesting stories right next to you and also far away from home (and all of them are relevant!).
I love meeting new people, I'm a very sociable and easy-going person and I'll normally say yes to any adventurous possible plan. I tend to go out of my comfort zone. So I love being of help in any context, and have the motivation to learn new skills.
I am from Catalunya and I take pride in my language and culture, I also have a big interest in getting to know other cultures, languages and traditions. I am an open-minded person who believes in human rights and the necessity of advocating for them.
I love to read and to take pictures. I understand photography as a way to get to know the world around you. I normally explain my art as "the perfect excuse" to be in places or talk to people I find interesting in any way. Music also plays a big role in my life, I'd love to do some "Musical exchange" and show each other the music we listen to. I'll also say yes to any sports plan such as trekking or a bike excursion.
This is my first workaway experience so I really look forward starting this journey and see what how I can help as a workawayer!

My main formation is in film and photography. I could help a lot if your place needs promotion or marketing of some type or you need any other artistic work since I've always had this artistic perspective.
I've worked as an educator for children in leisure activities for example in sports and english summer camps. I have no problem with works that involve dealing with people, in fact I love it. I've worked in customer service also, in restaurants and I like treating with clients.
I have interest in permaculture. I love nature and I've been raised in the campsite, I've always seen the processes of taking care the earth around you and I have some knowledge in gardening but I would love to get new skills in this area.

I lived in a communitary house in Portugal for a few months and I loved the experience! I have no problem when adapting to new ways of experiencing the day to day.
