Description
Maria: I am 33 years old and currently travelling around Europe with my partner and our dog Toki in our off-grid camper. I am a Chemical Engineer, however my passion is in animals and nature. I also have a lot of experience riding and looking after horses (and have completed a Fetac level 5 racing groom/exercise rider course). Also a huge yoga fan.
What I really want to learn and become proficient in, is self sustainable living and homesteading, natural building, off-grid living, permaculture, natural farming, agriculture, wild crafting and foraging, herbalism.
Daniel: I am 46 years old and love the outdoors and nature, sailing and anything to do with animals. I was previously a manager and a wilderness guide at a adventure camp in Swedish Lapland. I am a certified skipper and my last big sail was in summer 2019. I am handy with DIY/building projects, garden skills and paintwork.
I have many years experience in kitchen/restaurant/bar/tourism and hospitality.
And as Maria I’m interested in everything that has to do with off-grid living.
My biggest passion is traveling and learning new things.

What else ...
Our long term goal is to have our own self sufficient off-grid permaculture farm with animals and food forest. We would love to host retreats and workshops there. Our main goal from doing workaways is to meet people already doing this and learn as much as possible.
