Hi, my name is Marcus, I'm a 44 years old German guy and I live in Berlin. Being an absolute nature and animal lover, it's sometimes hard for me to be in such a big city... that's why I love travelling and being outside as much as I can!
So that is why I am here :)
As a vegan person, taking care of animals brings me endless joy and happiness; I can also imagine working with plants, e.g. farming, weeding, mowing the lawn etc. I don't have any professional experience in this field yet (except for my balcony and a bunch of houseplants), but I'm willing to learn and support where help is needed.
I'd describe myself as an empathetic, friendly and open-minded person.

As a studied graphic designer, I do not have any professional skills if it comes to animal care or farming, BUT:
- I have lots of plants at home (and during summer time, on the balcony) and even had my own tiny garden space at my parents' place
- I'm vegan and can connect easily with all kinds of animals (I used to have a dog, and some years ago, a cat) and I absolutely love taking care of them
I am not a professional handyman, but if you - as my host(s) - show me how and what to do, I'm a fast learner!
