Hi i'm Mani from Oxford England. Last year I graduated from school with and international baccalaureate. I've been travelling and working since I've finished school and am currently saving up money for my workaway travel.

I would really like to go to Spain, as my end goal is to travel through South America and I need a higher level of Spanish before I can do that. Also, I've always been interested in Spanish culture as when I was younger and visited my french family in Toulouse we would sometimes drive down to Spain to visit.
I'd also love to learn some Spanish cuisine, and meet some new people around the area.
I really enjoy sports (water sports especially) and am always up for learning new ones. I also have a lot of experience and enjoy teaching children.

I am a qualified sailing instructor and take part in multiple watersports including kitesurfing, biking and skiing.

I have just come back from working as a Camp Counsellor in Camp America for the summer where I acted as a mentor and companion to a group of children aged 8-10 years, guiding them through their daily activities, including meals, special events and organising extra-curricular games for them to play. Each day I taught dingy sailing to groups of children aged 6-14. I have also worked as an RYA Assistant Sailing Instructor in England setting up and rigging boats; assisting instructors on and off the water, supervising; teaching theory lessons; debriefing students; and repairing and maintaining boats and equipment.

My father owns a French patisserie, boulangerie and chocolaterie in Oxford and I have worked there over the past few years, most recently as a a full time shop assistant with barista training and previously in the production unit scaling, mixing, preparing, shaping, and baking breads, viennoiserie, tarts and quiches. I have also worked at Itsu, a sushi shop where I produced sushi rolls and prepared salmon.
