Hi,
Anna & Malte here, a couple from Hamburg which is currently taking a gap in Australia to explore new adventures and follow our interests.
To ourselves:
Hi, I’m Anna, a 29-year-old graphic designer from Hamburg. I felt it‘s about time for me to take some time off the screen for a year, to gain some new experiences on the other side of the world before and while entering my thirties.
I’m excited to meet people from different backgrounds and get to see as much as we can from this beautiful continent whilst improving my english. I love being creative, e.g. with DIY projects, plus I’m also into racket sports, animals, plants, nature, music, and good food. I‘d love to dive into hands-on tasks all around the house or nature.
I'm Malte, 31 years old, and I worked the last two years as an Offshore Wind Engineer. I'm open-minded, enjoy meeting new people, love animals, and prefer being outdoors in the fresh air.
Growing up in the countryside, I learned early on how to handle gardening equipment like hedge trimmers, chainsaws, axes, harvesters etc. I also enjoy working with my hands, especially with wood – I like to do smaller projects and am familiar with tools like hammers, drills, and saws.
I'm looking forward to meeting friendly new people and gaining lots of new experiences. I'm open to trying new things, and I'm especially eager to further develop my english skills but also to improve my knowledge in woodworking. :)
