Hi there!

I am a 28 year old Danish woman, heading to vietnam and then southern Europe for the last bit of 2024 and beginning of 2025.

I have an education in Psycho motor therapy, which means I know a bit about the body, a little more about the mind and a whole lot about the connection of the two. I work as a project manager for a small NGO in Aarhus, where I currently live. This means I can find my way around a budget, a project plan and a lot more. I am taking a leave of absence to travel for a bit, so I am not working remote.
Before this I have worked a bunch in customer service both at home and travelling. I have been in several hostels and find it to be excactly as addictive as anyone who has been part of that wonderful world! Which is why I am looking to come back to it now. I have always been quite social, and Hostel work is perfect for a butterfly like me, not only because of all the cool people, but also the fast tempo and diverse tasks.

In my spare time I do a million different things. Probably my main hobby is reading. Almost any book I get my hands on. I love being creative and have at different times played music, done pottery, painted, done spoken word poetry and tried out macramé. Currently I mostly crochet and dry and arrange flowers. All of these things have given me a very varied and odd set of skills that come in handy at unexpected times.

Other than that I try to be very concious of my use of ressources and the imprint I leave on the planet. I have a small vegetable garden and am learning slowly how to care for it, to hopefully become much more selfsufficient with time. I am definently looking to learn more about this, from people with more experience.

I am fluent in Danish and English and know enough German to eavesdrop and order beer, but not much more. And as I am writing this my duolingo streak for Arabic is 223 days.

I have always been good with people, and working in the service industry have only developed these skills and made me even more eager to interact with people. I have experience with farming, childcare as well as being a Girls Scout's leader. Further, I am a quick learner and ready for a challenge in the right environment!
