My name is Maja and I have lived in Atlanta USA for the past 14 years but have recently moved back to Croatia where I am originally from and most of my family lives. I just graduated University with a degree in Biology and am planning on pursuing Physical Therapy in the next couple of years but until then I want to travel Europe and learn lessons that cannot be taught in school. I love plants and gardening and have always enjoyed helping my grandmother in her garden or my dad with little projects around the house and yard. I am a creative person and love drawing, sculpture and painting. I have always grown up with pets in the house so I love being around animals of all kinds. I enjoy meeting new people of various backgrounds and cultures and am excited to learn about new perspectives, lifestyles, and customs.

I am familiar with gardening of different kinds of plants as I have helped my grandmother with her extensive garden and I have grown my own vegetables in my yard.
I love cooking and am skilled at preparing all sorts of vegetables and meats to create delicious dishes. Though I have never cooked in a professional setting, I enjoy cooking for my family and friends and learning how to cook new cuisines
I worked as a lifeguard for a total of 2.5 years so I am CPR certified and am a strong swimmer
I have grown up around pets such as dogs, cats, and rabbits so I have experience in taking care of them. I have also helped out in a horse barn with cleaning and feeding.
I am a very fast learner and am open to learning new ways of doing things and expanding my skillset. I work well with other people and am a very dedicated person when it comes to finishing tasks, and always have a positive mindset!
