Scotland, United Kingdom - from Apr 2025 until Jul 2025 View allDescription
I'm a 21 y.o. sustainable engineering student in gap year, and I want to use this precious time of total autonomy and freedom to do something I really want to do. I'm willing to discover new things, new ways of thinking, new people, and maybe new passions. I'm especially interested in environmental issues, sustainibility, and more globally in nature and its respect.
I'm willing to get my hands dirty and to wake up early if it's useful and meaningful, and I'll always try to help as much as I can.
Apart from all that, I guess I'm rather a nice, calm, open, organized and easy-going guy.
My mother tongue is French, but I speak a rather fluent English. I've got notions of Italian and Swedish as well (I've lived in Stockholm for half a year)!Interests

More details about your skills
I'm not especially skilled, in the sense that I'm neither a carpenter, a painter nor a gardener.
However, I have participated (and enjoyed participating!) in the past in a few manual activities : the construction of a classroom and two toilets in Senegal, some DIY, I've lived in the countryside for a few years where I've dealt with some gardening... I'd say I'm rather open to learning new skills and discovering tasks, and definitely open to manual work even if I'm not the toughest.
Conversly, I'm also very fine with the indoor and/or chill and/or intellectual tasks: cleaning, cooking, tidying up, playing with the kids and helping them with homework, teaching, walking the dog...
I can help with IT, writing, maybe a bit of design. And I'm working on my photographer skills, but they're not exploitable yet!Age
22 & 23
What else ...
As said in my description, I've recently aquired my first camera, and I've been trying to take good looking photos since. I'm far from being there yet but willing to learn!
Apart from that, I enjoy going for a (chill) hike, walking in nature, reading, watching a movie, playing boardgames from time to time. I'm a rather good cook and I enjoy cooking. I'm not so familiar with it, but I'm attracted to bouldering and camping.
And I'm always happy to help, discover new things or make something useful with my time if needed! Some more information
