I LOVE meeting new people and having interesting & super cool experiences - workaway is perfect for me as I get to contribute something to amazing places/organisations/people while travelling,
I believe in a relaxed and happy environment and any opportunity I’m given would be treated with enthusiasm, commitment & fun!
I’m very interested in learning about different spiritual or environmental movement. Super interested in learning yoga, tantra, healing, activism etc 🕉
Experience and skills -
I worked recenty for a children's home looking after children with learning disabilities, autism, downs syndrome etc. I loved this job, its so beautiful to encourage moment of learning and pure joy. 📚
I have had various volunteering positions including manual labour on farms, looking after animals, helping with permeculture projects, eco community's etc 🐄
I also have experience dealing with ‘customers’ from a business approx 3 years face to face and online,
Hostel reception, housekeeping etc
I can cook - Not an expert but I try! 🌯🥞
I can help teaching English (not professionally but I am a native speaker)
I’m also a very tidy person - I love getting stuck into any dirty jobs but I also will be keeping things clean and tidy when needed :))
I love learning new skills and will get stuck into anything :))) Variety is the spice of life!! 🌴

Lorna was full of enthusiasm and energy from the moment I collected her from the bus station. She was at all times a pleasure to have helping. She worked well with everyone. Doug & Claire are just beautiful people, I was lucky enough to come when they had recently taken in 3 gorgeous kittens :) I helped out with some odd jobs around the grounds but really none of it felt like work when your working in such a breathtaking place. We had a great experience with Lorna. Fist she is very nice and joyful with all the family. Even if the young age, she is very skilled and helpful. She could stay only for a week but we had a very good time and my daughter loved her.

Such inspiring people and animals! Very positive vibes, accommodation is extremely cosy, food delicious & work was not too hard. It just seems alot to learn but I imagine if I had a longer stay (maybe 2 weeks ) it would be easy. The work was based around maintenance of the animals as such it never really felt like work. Highly recommend a visit to this centre, I have learnt so much! The help required is fair and not too hard and the meals were delicious, by far the best part of my stay was the people, other volunteers and working residents were so kind and open. I will definitely be returning :)
