Description
Hi! I am Lorenzo! Some years ago I had the chance to travel around the south of France volunteering as a workawayer and... it was amazing! I shared travel and work experiences with people from all around the world, I learnt how to work wood and sustainable materials in a building site, I could improve my English and my French, while teaching a bit of Italian: truly one of the most stimulating experience of my life. During the past years, though, I couldn't travel abroad for more than a week, but now I decided to pack again!
I am a friendly guy who loves meeting different people, discovering new cultures (I'm really into folkloric music) and new types of food. I love also practicing the languages i can speak (I speak English and French, Italian is my mother tongue).
Generally I can offer skills in the following areas: gardening, wood working, cooking, DIY labour. Moreover I worked in Bologna, the city where I live, as a sound designer and sound technician, so I can set up a concert if you are interested! Last but not least I am a qualified Italian teacher to foreigners, so if you want to learn some Italian I would be glad to teach it to you!
I would like to travel to Ireland for a couple of reasons: I am so fascinated by Irish landscapes and Irish culture (some Irish writers such as Flann O'Brien and James Joyce had surely an influence on me) and I would like to further improve my English while learning a bit of Irish.

What else ...
In my freetime I usually listen to a ton of music (I listen to a wide range of genres, from industrial metal to reggae for example), I love playing guitar and bass, even though I am not so good at it! I also like writing short stories and reading (I graduated in Italian literarure, books are always a good company for me). Sometimes, when i come back to my parents' house, I help around the house gardening and cooking.
