Description
Hello, our names are Lachlan and Sophia. We're 25 & 22 years old and we have both been travelling many places around the world for a number of years now. We are a travelling couple who have our sights set on New Zealand as our next destination!
Lachlan has done a few workaways throughout Europe before and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I'm an enthusiastic young Australian who's always keen to solve a problem or get a job done and I love working with my hands. I have a wide skill set and am extremely adaptable and can learn quickly on the go.
Sophia is very passionate about Ceramic Arts and pottery. I adore cooking, from a variety of different cuisines including Japanese food as I am mixed Japanese and Australian and would love the opportunity to cook for you. I have also helped my grandmother in her garden for years and would love to learn more about gardening in the hopes to create a sustainable garden of my own one day. I love learning new skills and am not afraid to get my hands dirty.
We would love the opportunity to assist in any way we can, and share experiences with new like-minded people. We can't wait to meet you!

Hey I'm Lachlan and I would say that my biggest skill is the ability to adapt and learn fast in whatever avenue I'm walking. I've had a variety of jobs in the past, many high intensity roles as a manager as well as some workaways doing DIY projects and construction and volunteering to work in hostels. My variety of experience has made me extremely resourceful. I love solving a good problem and above all I'm a very hard worker. If you have a project that needs to be done I will take it on and treat it as my own project and work as passionately on it as you. I love to see progression in anything I do. I'm handy with the tools, I have done some DIY projects in the past which I very much enjoyed and would forever love to learn more about how to build or create. I can't build a website for you but I definitely do know my way around computers and technology also. Above all if there's ever anything I don't know how to do, I will do everything in my power to ask and find out how to make it work.
Hello I’m Sophia and I believe I have a mix of skills that enable me to contribute meaningfully in a variety of settings.
I am a passionate cook who loves whipping up delicious meals for large groups, finding joy in bringing people together around the table. I love spending time outdoors, where I can assist in gardening and help maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. My skills also include cleaning as I take pride in keeping spaces clean and organized. I am also very handy and enjoy working with my hands, always eager to learn new skills and strive to assist in any way I can.
