Hi,
I'm Lisa – I'm currently studying English, Geography and German as a Foreign Language to become a high school teacher. Alongside my studies, I work as a substitute teacher and absolutely love what I do – especially when it comes to working with students from all kinds of backgrounds.
Languages are a big passion of mine! I'm currently learning Spanish and would love to pick up some Italian too. I also speak Polish fluently, as my parents are originally from Poland.
After finishing high school, I spent some time abroad in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. In Australia, I worked as an Au Pair with children aged 0 to 12 – it was such a special and enriching time! I really enjoy spending time with kids and loved being part of their everyday lives.
Most recently, I got back from a year abroad in the US, where I had the amazing opportunity to teach at a college. It was such a valuable experience – I learned so much about teaching, about myself, and about how to support and connect with students and young adults. It really deepened my passion for education.
Right now, I’m living and studying in Mainz (near Frankfurt), and in my free time I love exploring new places, spending time with friends, and being creative – whether that means taking photos, making videos, painting, dancing, cooking, skating, writing poems… really anything that feels meaningful and fun in the moment.
I’m super curious about different cultures and love discovering new ones – I guess you could say I’ve got a bit of a travel bug! I also feel most at home near the water – I’m a total water lover and would really like to learn how to surf one day. I’ve also recently become more interested in yoga and would love to dive deeper into that as well.

Hi,
my Name is Lisa and I`m currently studying English and Geography to become a highschool teacher. After my graduation, I already spent some time abroad in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. I also worked as an Au Pair, so I definitely have experince with kids, throwing a household etc.
I live in Nauheim (Germany), which is close to Frankfurt and my parents actually come from Poland, which I`m also fluent at.
In my freetime I like to visit new places, hang out with friends and be creative, whatever that might include (taking pictures, making videos, paint, draw, dancing, cooking, fashion…) just anything that fulfills me in that moment :)
