Soy Lina, tengo 28 años y vivo en la zona rural de Medellín, Colombia. Amo vivir en la montaña y he convertido esta pasión en mi estilo de vida y negocio. Soy creadora de @casaprofunda, un hospedaje ubicado en Santa Elena, donde he desarrollado diversas habilidades en la industria turística. He aprendido a tejer historias no solo con palabras, sino con experiencias. Mis manos han dado forma a eventos que unen almas, fotografía, y mi mente ha aprendido a navegar el complejo mundo digital. Luego de tres años, por fin funciona sin que yo esté todo el tiempo y, por eso, quiero unos meses sabáticos para nutrirme nuevamente y mejorar mi inglés. Más allá de lo que sé técnicamente, tengo un alma inquieta, dispuesta y alegre.

I’m the creator of @casaprofunda, a guesthouse located in Santa Elena, where I’ve developed various skills in the tourism industry. I’ve learned to weave stories not only with words but also through experiences. My hands have crafted events that bring souls together, photography, and my mind has learned to navigate the complex digital world. After three years, it finally runs smoothly without me being there all the time, and that’s why I’m seeking a few months off to nourish myself again and improve my English. Beyond my technical knowledge, I have a restless, willing, and joyful soul.

Me encanta crear. Gestiono @casaprofunda en Santa Elena, optimizando hospedajes en plataformas digitales. Creo contenido para redes sociales y organizo eventos. Tengo formación en Trabajo Social. Me encantan los espacios rurales, donde la naturaleza abunda, por eso me gusta el senderismo y el jardin. Tengo habilidades en programas de informática, edición de vídeo y fotográfica. Practico natación y tengo nociones sobre la guitarra. Además, mi curiosidad me ha hecho desarrollar habilidades manuales como las artesanías, el dibujo, la pintura, etc. También sé de cocina y cosas prácticas del día a día.

¿Sabes esa sensación de que hay algo más allá esperándote? Ese cosquilleo en el estómago, esa voz interior que te susurra "es hora"... Eso es lo que siento ahora. Llevo el 60% del camino recorrido en mi meta de hablar inglés con fluidez, y quiero ir a Estados Unidos para seguir avanzando con la cultura local. Mi novio y nuestra perrita Mika se quedan cuidando nuestro hogar en Medellín, dándome el regalo del tiempo y la libertad para seguir recorriendo el mundo. Otra cosa, cada voluntario que ha pasado por @casaprofunda me ha enseñado que dar es recibir, que enseñar es aprender. Ahora, con el corazón abierto y el alma lista, quiero ser yo quien lleve un pedacito de mi mundo a otro lugar, quien aprenda viendo la vida a través de otros ojos. Me gusta estar en espacio y con personas directas, creativas, espirituales y alegres. Soy tranquila y abierta a hablar.

Do you know that feeling that something more is waiting for you? That tingling in your stomach, that inner voice whispering, "It's time"... That's what I’m feeling right now. I’m 60% of the way towards my goal of speaking English fluently, and I want to go to the United States to keep progressing within the local culture. My boyfriend and our dog Mika are staying behind to take care of our home in Medellín, giving me the gift of time and freedom to continue exploring the world. Another thing, every volunteer who has come through @casaprofunda has taught me that giving is receiving, that teaching is learning. Now, with an open heart and a ready soul, I want to be the one to bring a piece of my world to another place, to learn by seeing life through other eyes.
I enjoy being in spaces and with people who are direct, creative, spiritual, and joyful. I’m calm and open to conversation.
