Description
Hello dear friends, I am Leen and I come from a warm family in the heart of the Netherlands, a city named Utrecht. I have lived here my whole life up till this year when I moved to study in Nijmegen. I most certainly would like to visit new places and meet new people. Contributing to the well-being of others and making a positive impact in the world is what thrives me. I like helping others in whatever task they are up to. Physically as well as mentally, helping others brings me happiness. I am a very dedicated person as well. I train at least 5 days a week to reach certain sports goals. I like that because it gives me a goal in life. Whatever you need help with I will view it as a goal of mine and be just as dedicated as I am for my own goals. I am also very fond of kids. I have done a lot of babysitting in my life and also worked in a kindergarten for half a year in the Netherlands with kids that have to deal with a language barrier. I now study cultural anthropology in at the Nijmegen University. This drives my interest in other cultures than my own. Which is also part of why I would love to visit your place!!
I am socially skilled in the sense that I can understand what is going on with people and how to help them. I also studied pedagogical sciences for half a year. I am a friend of everyone. I do not make distinctions of race, religion, sex or anything else and I would like to meet people with that same mindset.

My skills lie mostly in social features:
I am a good listener and always curious. I am a critical thinker, so will see far ahead where a problem could interfere the things I would be asked to do. I am a good planner, I know what i will do and when. I am very much open to learning new things and am open to change. I am very empathic and patient when it comes to peoples problems, will always take the time to understand the other person clearly. Overall I am a good communicator.
I am a fluent Dutch and English speaker. I also speak a little German.
I can cook a nice meal and I like taking the time for that.
I know about nutrition and fitness.
Most of all I am a hard worker where needed and always a gentle kind man.
