Lee is a highly eccentric gardener/labourer always looking to grow & develop in other practical skills especially in agricultural positions which I have over a years experience in such as growing food, looking after chickens, goats & rabbits. Always eager to learn new hands on practical skills.
Shannon is an experienced childcare worker with over ten years experience and a range of qualifications including first aid. She is also experienced with growing her own food, caring for chickens, rabbits, goats, geese and more.

More details about your skills
We have over a years experience in agriculture and husbandry. We owned an allotment from August 2023 and grew our own food. We also kept chickens and rabbits and was self sufficient with eggs. Rabbits we used the manure for our crops and kept as pets not for food.
We both wanted to learn more hands on so came to the decision to give up all we had and are now in Portugal living and working on an exchange program on a farm in the countryside. We are caring for and learning about sheep, goats, geese and chickens. There’s also cats and dogs we take of also.
On the side of these husbandry duties we help with the successful running of their hotel on their property checking guests ins/out, cleaning of the rooms, and serving breakfast.
