Hi! I’m Lauren ,I'm 25 years old and I'm from the UK.
A bit about me:
• I have a degree in art, so I’m very creative.
• I’ve worked in hospitality for years, which means I’m outgoing and great with people.

I am a qualified English teacher with experience teaching all types of people and ages. I am really interested in learning new languages! Especially Spanish. I've started learning but I'm only A1. However, I'm a really keen learner.

• I have a degree in art and am a visual artist so I'm very creative! I especially love anything to do with textiles.

My hobbies include:
- Anything creative! especially collaborations with other artists. I love making costumes for performers.
- I’m passionate about immersing myself in community initiatives. In the UK, I volunteer with a local refugee charity, teaching English to asylum seekers and helping them build confidence in a new environment.
- I'm very active. I enjoy cycling, and hiking!
- I love to read. At the moment I'm really enjoying magical realism and Japanese literature.
- I also of course love travelling and learning about new cultures and their history. Hence why I'm here!
