Hi! :)

I'm a 31 year old former biology teacher from Finland. After doing some travelling and workaways, I'm currently working in Prague and taking some time to plan my next steps in life. At the moment I would love to find voluntary work inside Czech Republic, so I could combine it with my remote work. Exploring the world, meeting new people and hearing their stories, experiencing different work places, while helping others and doing something meaningful, is something I enjoy.

I value nature, sustainability, kindness and equality. I'm a reliable, friendly and caring person. I love animals and would like to work with them, but I hope to get experience from as many different kinds of places as possible. I don't mind getting my hands dirty or working hard. I hope to find work that suit my values, I can learn something new and where I can feel that I'm doing something meaningful.

I have studied biology and geography and have experince in working with children of different ages as a subject teacher. In addition to my academic side, I am also quite handy with small diy-projects and am not afraid to get my hands dirty with gardening or taking care of animals ect. I get along well with both people and animals. I speak fluent Finnish and English.

So far I have done around 4 months of volunteering and gotten experience of organic gardening, wood work, taking care of chicken and goats, and also commune living.

Laura was such a special person and I am Grateful to have met her. She was here to learn and excitedly stored information and knowledge for future use. She shared communal space respectively and cooked amazing meals!

I stayed in Pablos place for 4 weeks. The place in Asturias is beautiful and peacefull with nature and mountains. I enjoyed the physical work outdoors, the healthy food and walks with the dogs.
