During my studies, I took a preparatory class that enabled me to enter an engineering school through a competitive entrance exam, where I trained in civil and water engineering. I specialised in hydrogeology and had several professional experiences there.
I also had experience in food order preparation and distribution.
For a while, I gave French lessons to non-native French speakers.
In my spare time, I look after animals (horses, goats, geese, chickens, etc.), I also do some gardening, I do sport, I read and read up on different subjects such as food, ecology, plants, etc.
I've been on several trips where I've been able to discover new landscapes, customs and cultures.
