Hi, we are Fides and Lara and we are currently doing a work and travel. We’ve started in March 2025 in Toronto, Canada. We are very open minded and are ready to get to know the people and their culture in Canada. We love exploring cities, but our heart beats for the nature. We think that you can get to know cultures better in the countryside than in the city. The best way to do this is to work together and then sit together after that. We are absolutely ready for every work!

More details about my language interests
We only speak a few languages really fluently, but our interest in learning other languages is very high. Thanks to French and Spanish it is possible for us to get to know other Romance languages more easily. In addition l, Lara has attended an Italian course for one year and Fides has completed a study of Romance languages.

More details about your skills

To sum up our craft skills, you can say that we are both very open to learning new things. We both learned a lot in our dad’s workshop and gained some skills through it. We are not to sorry for hard work and also cope well with work in every weather.
We’ve worked at a pet resort in Canada, where we’ve learned some maintenance skills and gardening.
We also worked in a hotel in Quebec, where we improved some skills. We also learned many things about housekeeping and reception tasks.
We have many experiences with animals and with craft activities as well.

Lara:
I grew up with a little dog. My boy is very active and we were going on hikes whenever I was free. He is getting now older and older but we still love to be active outside. The family of my partner have two cats and i always take care of them when thy are on vacation. So I know how to keep the house clean and feed the animals.
Fides:
I grew up on a big farm and had a cat. She was my favourite girl. She died at the age of 18, two years ago. When I turned 18 I lived a year abroad. There I stayed 4 dogs, which I took on hikes nearly twice a day. When I began my studies I adopted two old cats to take care of. Sadly they both died last summer.
