Description
After years of pain in my back the Wimhof method helped me to be pain free. It has also helped me to feel closer to nature, more open minded and sportier. Over all it has made me look at the bigger picture in life, I feel stronger, healthier and happier.
It got me thinking about going on a trip on my bicycle from the Netherlands to Portugal. The challenge is to start this trip with only 50 euro in my pocket. The idea is to give back and help people that need some extra hands to get things done.
I came up with this idea so I come more in contact with other people and both helping each other. I would live a big part of my journey by actively living in the wilderness by means of 'bushcraft'. My plan is to cycle from host to host and in between doing bushcrafting.
I am looking to help people on farms, houses or campsites with garden work, Maintenance, repairs, Animal care, anything you need help with. I have a knowledge in most tasks I take on, I consider myself a hard worker and love to help. If you would like to gift some food before I leave so I can survive for a few days until my next host would be very appreciated.
I consider myself a friendly, easy going person. If you want to chat and swap life stories during/after work I would love that, but also, if you prefer after work to carry on in your normal life that’s fine by me, I also enjoy my own company.
My journey begins on the first week of September and ends in April, hoping to meet fellow adventurers and make some ever lasting memories and friends.

I'm working 40 hours a week for a steel construction company as a welder/fabricator. In my free time I work on a old Dutch city bus that I convert to a Camper/tiny house where I live in. So I like to fix things or work on projects.
My dad knows a lot of farmers and went with him when I was young and he had a greenhouse for 45 years where I worked in. So I like to work on farms, gardens or agriculture aswell
