Hello future hosts and friends!

I'm Kirsty, you can call me Kiki. I studied Art and Photography, before taking a bold step to escape the 'shackles of the matrix'. Travelling has allowed me to strengthen my values and learn more about other ways of living. At almost 23, I have been globetrotting for around 3 years.

I am laid back and open minded. I love to learn about new cultures and experience local life while offering support to communities and people. I grew up on the coast of Scotland, near the beach and farmlands.

I have a wide array of work experience which mostly consists of Hospitality, Social Care, Farm Work and Freelance Design.

Beyond professional experience, I am a committed Vegan of 3 years (Vegetarian for 11) and recently participated in Animal Rights Activism. Growing up, I was lucky to have a close relationship with my granny, who I was a Young Carer for. She was raised nomadically, I like to believe she passed on her sense of adventure to me.

I speak English fluently and learning Spanish.

I find volunteering fulfilling and love the ethos of platforms such as; Workaway, HelpX and Couchsurfing. I am interested in learning different ways of living, experiencing new cultures and offering my support when it aligns.
