When I was in high school, I got the chance to attend an United World College (UWC), which prides itself as "a global movement that makes education a force to unite people, nations and cultures for peace and a sustainable future." We were from all over the world, determined to bring meaningful change to our community. I miss it very much---sharing stories, ideas, language and culture. This is why I wanted to join Workaway: to explore and exchange with people who have wanderlust and are keen to contribute to community.
Cedrick and I are both people who seek adventure, creativity, and social connection. Wether that is found in a garden, in a hostel common room, or a home kitchen, we are happy to contribute and share however we can.

Kim has work experience in communications and marketing work, translation, and administration. She has volunteering experience in gardening and urban agriculture, as well as local NGOs (phone line and workshop leading).
Cedrick has experience with manual labor, as well as worked in a primary school, so is very comfortable and good with children and workshop leading.
