We are Katharina and Enrique, we are travelers from Germany and Mexico, together we have traveled through central and southern Mexico and Colombia. We also travel on our own in Central America and Europe.
We are both artists, Enrique is good at gardening and construction, and I study architecture.

I really enjoy leaning new languages, so I'm also practising in my free time. When I was in Mexico 2019, I barely knew any spanish but with my host family it was very easy getting the hang of it and I learned the language really fast. What I personally really enjoyed, is that I could also teach my younger host sisters some German phrases or help them with their English homework, so that both sides could learn from each other. Based on that experience I would love being able to share my knowledge and assist someone interested in learning from me.

My motherlanguage is german, but I can speak english and spanish really well.
I´m a very creative and good with my hands, so a great part of my free time I draw or paint, crochet or sew. I also love cooking for myself and my family of 6 and enjoy experimenting with dishes from around the world. Additionally, I worked at a restaurant in Germany for two years as waitress, but also behind the counter, so I got experience with stressful situations and can handle the guests well and friendly.
I can also do outdoor work, gardening, or simple help around the house.(:

I like being around my friends and family and spending quality time, riding my bike, swimming in our local lake, having a coffee at a café, listening to music or playing the piano, cooking, painting, listening to podcasts, dancing at parties and reading.
