Hello! I’m Kaela from Albany, New York. I just graduated from Harvard where I studied Government with a focus in separatist movements in post-soviet countries. I am taking a gap year before starting Yale Law school this August and looking to experience something new!
In the last year I got the travel itch. Since then, I have gone to Costa Rica to research frogs and salamanders, Greece to intern with a NGO, London for a conference, Georgia for thesis research, Austria for a workaway at a refugee center, Lithuania for a workaway at a permaculture farm, Sweden for a workaway at a Buddhist meditation retreat, Kyrgyzstan for a workaway teaching English, Uzbekistan for to work on an archaeology dig site, and Italy, Romania, France, Norway, Hungary, Denmark, Iceland, South Korea, Japan, Slovenia, Kazakhstan with friends. It has been an amazing experience and I would love to join your project to help!
