Hi everyone,

I'm Justine, 30 years old woman born and raised in the quiet nature of the beautiful region of Burgundy, in the East of France ! I grew up surrounded by meadows and animals (mostly cats, dogs and sheeps). I used to spend a lot of time alone, and even if I love being with people as I'm a sociable and friendly person, I still enjoy "me time" to recharge my batteries.
Traveling for my studies (Lyon and Toulouse) and for work (Spain, Portugal, Oman, Italy) made me a sociable, curious, adventurous and open-minded person. I can say also that I'm happy, kind and friendly and that when I make friends it's usually for life !

To get to know me a bit regarding my hobbies, I love ...
- walking in nature (I have a passion and wonder for trees),
- being with my family and friends,
- meeting new people and speaking a lot about everything, mostly life,
- discovering places and contemplating beautiful landscapes and skies (especially sunsets and starry nights !)
- learning foreign languages (I learnt English, Spanish, Italian, a bit of Portuguese and Arabic)
- cooking French / Italian / Arabic / Indian food (and obviously eating them ;)) and French pastries
- watching series (English speaking and Spanish ones), movies (all kinds except horror movies) and stand-up comedy shows.


I did two workaway in 2022, in Norway (Lapland for 7 weeks) and in Finland (South for 3 weeks) where I took care of children and helped with the everyday chores (cooking, cleaning). It was two first amazing experiences. And I would love to do it again!
Now, I'm travelling by train in Europe. I spent last two weeks with a friend and I will continue alone in Sweden and Norway (Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger, Kristiansand). I would like to meet locals and share about their everyday life and culture.

I grew up in the countryside so I can adapt easily to remote areas.
I like animals and I'll be happy to take care of them.
I love cooking : salty and sweet food, and I like to discover and try new recipes and ingredients.
Thanks to my work, I had experiences with kids and I really enjoy spending time with them : I'm able to take care of them, to play with them and to teach them stuffs that I know.
I love crafts even if I didn't have time to develop my skills.
In general, I'm willing to learn about everything : manual and intellectual tasks. I'm a fast learner and to develop new skills is one of my main goals of trying Workaway.
