Hi! I’m Lottie, a 25 year old who is travelling Australia for the first time. I am competent, creative, enthusiastic, and a fast learner. Before coming to Australia, I lived on a tiny Scottish Island called Luing with less than 200 inhabitants! By the time I left, I had three jobs: Social Media/ General Manager for luxury accommodation (WildLuing), Tour Guide on a whale watching boat (Sealife Adventures), and arts workshop teacher (charitably funded community project). I also whitewashed local cottages as a summer job. As you can tell, I'm pretty adaptable! I’m not afraid of getting mucky and would love to learn some practical skills in building or gardening, but can just as easily help with your website or create a mural or mosaic. I have a strong interest in the natural world (you can expect me to ask “what bird/plant/animal is that?!”), and I enjoy art, reading books, swimming, and rock climbing.

My best skill is my common sense! I am a fast learner and have taught myself how to use a drill, put up shelves, and to use a sewing machine, among other practical skills. I am a competent cook and often use random leftovers to make a decent meal. I am an artist and can teach you printmaking, and also love to read and reccomemd books! Overall, I am a positive, optimistic person who likes to do a job well.
